Tamarin is a Director in our Corporate Commercial Department. Tamarin has experience in mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, cross-border due diligence investigations, and general corporate and commercial work within various sectors, including private equity, telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare and education.

Tamarin began her career as a Candidate Attorney in 2010 at Roodt Incorporated, a boutique corporate and commercial law firm and was appointed as an Associate in 2012. Tamarin joined Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr as an Associate in 2013 and was appointed Director in 2018. Tamarin joined NSDV Law Inc. as a Director in July 2025.

Tamarin has been recognised as a Rising Star Partner in 2022, 2023 and 2024 IFLR 1000 rankings.

She completed a BSc (Microbiology) degree and an LLB degree at the University of Pretoria. She also completed the Advanced Company Law 1 and 2 modules at the University of Witwatersrand.
