Minnette is a Principal Environmental Specialist and heads the Environmental Department at NSDV Law.

With over 17 years’ experience in environmental management and consultancy, it goes without saying that Minnette has built a reputation as a leader in her field.

Minnette obtained her B.Sc. degree from the North-West University, B.Sc. Honours degree from the University of Pretoria, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa, and a Masters of Environmental Management degree from the North-West University.

She is a registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (Reg. EAP), and a registered Professional Natural Scientist (Pr.Sci.Nat) in the fields of Environmental Science and Conservation Science. She is a board member of the Environmental Assessment Practitioner Association of South Africa (EAPASA), a member of the EAPASA Executive Committee, chairperson of the EAPASA Registration Committee, a member of the EAPASA Audit and Risk Committee, a member of the International Association of Impact Assessment South Africa, and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
