Reneilwe is an Associate in the Construction and Dispute Resolution team, passionate about turning complex disputes into opportunities for resolution. Prior to working at NSDV Law, Reneilwe gained valuable experience as a student through NSDV Law’s first vacation programme in December 2021.

Reneilwe was admitted as Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in November 2025. She brings a strong foundation in construction law, having worked closely with the directors of NSDV Law on high-stake construction disputes. She has developed a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to litigation, often finding innovative solutions to complex litigious problems.

Reneilwe’s experience includes:

• Instituting High Court proceedings and ensuring compliance with the court rules and procedures.
• Preparing and managing court filing processes in action, opposed and unopposed application proceedings.
• Assisting with discovery procedures and arbitration proceedings.
• Drafting letters for clients, applications, affidavits, notices, further pleadings and settlement agreements in action proceedings.
• Drafting statements of claim, statements of defence and further submissions in arbitration proceedings.
• Working on debt collection, execution processes and defending High Court applications, including summary judgment applications.
• Collaborating with correspondent attorneys on cross-border matters, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Assisting with complex dispute resolution in construction projects, including arbitrations and High Court proceedings and providing support with strategy and drafting.
• Providing support to appointed counsel during High Court hearings, arbitration and adjudication proceedings.
